Fierce Cheer Athletics VA - Program Cost (2024)

Competitve Cheer is a time consuming sport and as becoming a part of any program requires your committment to see the season through. We understand that there are circ*mstances that may arise which are out of our control and/or Fierce is not a fit for you or your athlete. We expect that you understand the cost associated with participating with FCA and have read through all information.Below you will see a breakdown for Fierce Cheer Athletics Program Cost.

REFUNDS

There will be no refunds given for competiton fees, choreography, tuition, tumbling, clothing or any other item(s) pertaining to cheer related expenses for F.C.A.

COMPETITON FEES

• All competition fees are broken down into monthly installments, which covers the cost of all competition except for our end of season competition.
• All competition fees are non-refundable regardless of injury, illness or leaving the program.
• If the team receives a bid to US Finals, The One or Allstar Worlds that will be there ending event for the season. If they do not receive a bid they will attend a different competition of our choosing. Fees for all these events are not included in the competition fee price and will be an additional expense later in the season.
• We do not charge per competition.
• Reminder no competition should be missed for any reason unless extreme circ*mstances. However, competition fees will still be charged accordingly.

CROSSOVERS

• Athletes may crossover to one additional team and are first and foremost a rostered member of their primary team.
• ​Athletes must attend ALL practices of both their primary and secondary team.
• ​Crossover athletes will not pay any additional fees for monthly tuition, but are responsible for:
  • All additional competition fees incurred for secondary team (paid in installments)
  • Additional compeition bow/scrunchie (if a different design)
  • Bid Event Fees (actual fee for secondary team bid will be determined at time of bid award)

LEAVING THE PROGRAM

• If you decide Fierce Cheer Athletics VA is not a match for your athlete you are required to send a written notice via email to [emailprotected]
• If leaving the program before Choreography you will be charged a $200 Termination fee.
• If leaving the program after Choreograhpy you will be charged a $400 Termination fee.
• It takes a lot of time to put together teams, when terminating your cheer contract it forces FCA to fill that spot.

FUNDRAISING

• Team Moms will setup opportunites for all athletes to raise money to help towards their cheer fees.
• We also offer sponsor me forms for each athlete that can be used throughout the season
• VIrginia Elite Spirit (VES) is a third party organization you are welcome to take advantage of.
  • This is a great opportunity to earn money that goes towards your athletes sport not just for cheer.

Fee Breakdown:

• All tumble classes are included in tuition except for open tumble. Open tumble your athlete is allowed to come into the gym to work solely on a skill they currently have. Coaches will be available but not to teach a class or to do a private lesson.
• Private tumble lessons are offered please partner with your coach of choice.
• Fees donot include our end of season competition!
• Bid Events: Teams will be competiting to earn a bid to either The Summit, The One or US Finals. The Bid Event Fee will be due within 30 days of receiving bid OR event registration deadline (whichever is first) The final amount will be determined by the even location and will be finalized by the Gym Owner.
